CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
SELECTION OF A CONSULTANT FOR THE COMPLIANCE AUDIT OF THE DHALIA PROJECT WITH ENVIRONMENTAL
AND SOCIAL (E&S) REQUIREMENTS
The Directorate General of Financing (DGF) invites qualified independent consultants to express their interest.
As part of an audit aimed at assessing the DHALIA Project’s compliance with applicable Environmental and Social (E&S) requirements and verifying adherence to the E&S obligations set out in the financing agreement, the Directorate General of Financing invites qualified independent consultants with expertise in environmental and social risk management to express their interest.
The project is financed through a loan agreement amounting to EUR 533 million (equivalent to CFAF 349.11 billion), concluded between the Côte d’Ivoire and Standard Chartered Bank, and partially guaranteed by the African Development Bank.
Applications must be submitted no later than 28 February 2025 at 4:00 p.m. and should include the candidate’s references and relevant experience, the proposed methodology, the timeframe for carrying out the audit, and the financial proposal.
